Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All fees paid for OAV Academy courses are non-transferable. Refunds will only be considered under special circumstances as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• If a student is charged twice due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded(else contact - 9439220537).
• If OAV Academy cancels a course before it begins, a full refund will be provided.
• No refund will be provided once classes or services have started, except in cases of duplicate payment.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, students must contact our support team with proof of payment. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
